We collect information you provide directly — such as name, work email address, company name, and billing details when you register or subscribe. We also collect data generated through use of the platform, including conversation logs processed by AI agents, usage metrics, API call records, and support tickets. Technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and session identifiers are collected automatically via cookies and server logs.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provision and operate the platform, process payments, send transactional and service communications, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, improve model quality and platform features (using aggregated or anonymised data only), and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your conversation data to train third-party models without your explicit consent.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: (a) sub-processors necessary to deliver the service (cloud infrastructure, payment processors, communication APIs), each bound by data processing agreements; (b) professional advisors under confidentiality obligations; (c) law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law. 5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after termination to allow for account recovery. Conversation logs are retained for 12 months by default; customers on Enterprise plans may configure a shorter retention window. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular third-party security audits. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to prompt disclosure of any breach affecting your data.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
